Faith and hard work are my story. From being raised by a single mom working 60 hours a week to make ends meet to working at the highest levels of State and Federal Government, my life has been characterized an abiding faith in God and belief in the value of hard work. Along the way, I became a lifelong learner of strategic thinking, organizational problem solving and people development. I’m passionate about helping organizations and individuals identify their current and future strengths and challenges in order to maximize their contribution and value.  Aside from my professional experiences in the Air Force, in the Criminal Justice Field, or leading my own consulting firm, I’m most proud of 37 years of happy marriage, three wonderful and thriving adult children and two grandchildren.
