During my 40+ years of experience in the education and training environment, I developed a love for the “aha” moments of learning when learners broke through to see the world in a new way. With an Educational Specialist degree and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, I was able to combine the relational and strategic skills that help people move their goals forward. Whether leading education in the US Air Force, as a college administrator, or as a consultant to a wide variety of clients, my passion was seeing the practical results that come from the right training.

A key insight for my approach has been the importance of the right team to accomplish goals together. So, when I wanted to continue offering my skills to the world through my own consulting service, I quickly saw the opportunity to gather a diverse group of fellow consultants who could provide a greater breadth and depth of solutions together than they could individually.
